Welding Performance Characteristics

Carbon steel with a thickness greater than 2.5 mm welded with a V-groove: single-side groove angle ≥ 37°, misalignment less than 10% of wall thickness.
Stainless steel with a thickness greater than 2.5 mm welded with a V-groove: single-side groove angle ≥ 45°, misalignment less than 10% of wall thickness.
Fit-up clearance: 0-0.5 mm.
Tack welds made in small, thin and dense spots.
Welding mode: the pipe remains stationary while the welding torch rotates to complete welding.
For multi-pass welding with grooved joints, AVC automatically tracks the arc length; the capping pass is completed by OSC weaving oscillation.
